Final training ride for Duncton

The final ride before next Sunday's 68 mile mid-route Duncton Sportive was a 30 mile round trip from Brighton to Henfield, via Ditchling and Poynings. The overall aim was to taper the distance down from last Wednesday's 50 mile ride and concentrate on speed a little bit more.
